1. Eligibility for Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are produced or sourced specifically per customer request.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at support@wattina.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
- Our customer service team will verify the order status.
- If the order has not shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a refund.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 to 9 business days after confirmation.
- Shipping charges will also be refunded only if the order was canceled before shipment.
- If the order has already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return under any circumstances.
