  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are produced or sourced specifically per customer request.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
