1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Sale items or personalized products may not be eligible unless defective
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wattina.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- (Optional) Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our support team will provide further instructions, including the return address and any required shipping labels (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4–9 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 9 business days:

- Contact your payment provider
