1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards or promotional bonus items
- Items that show visible signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by shipping
3. Return Process
To begin a return:
- Email support@wattina.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 28 days at support@wattina.com.
We may ask for photos to verify the issue.
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4–9 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order separately.
